Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of the website, account creation, tyre purchases and workshop service bookings made with Eduardo & Pedro Lda.
1. Seller identification
The online store and the services presented on this website are operated by Eduardo & Pedro Lda, based at R. Henrique Barrilaro Ruas 3, 1900-453 Lisbon, Portugal.
General customer support contacts available on the website are +351 961 964 434 and geral@eppneus.pt.
2. Scope
These terms apply to website browsing, account creation, cart usage, tyre orders, service bookings and payments made through the platform.
By placing an order or booking, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under Portuguese law.
3. Products, services and availability
The website shows tyres, prices, promotions, workshop services and indicative availability. Information is prepared with care, but may be updated, corrected or adjusted when needed.
Stock availability, service availability and booking slots remain subject to operational confirmation. Placing an order does not remove the need for technical or logistical validation where applicable.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in euros. Where indicated on the website, the final amount may include VAT, promotional discount and the applicable eco fee.
Promotions, reference prices and current prices may be displayed when an active campaign exists. Those values may change before the final order confirmation.
Once a sale is completed, the corresponding invoice document will be issued with the values applicable to that transaction, including VAT and any other components identified at checkout.
Invoices are issued manually and will be delivered to the customer at the time of the scheduled appointment. If the customer needs to receive the invoice before that date, they may request it by contacting us through the contact form available on our website.
5. User account
The user account is based on the user email and secure link/token authentication. The user must keep access to their email protected and update their data when necessary.
The company may refuse, limit or cancel improper access to the website, abusive accounts or use that compromises service security.
6. Orders and bookings
An order may include tyres, services or both. Where applicable, the user may choose vehicle drop-off and pick-up date and time.
The user is responsible for providing correct contact, billing and booking information. Vehicle notes and service notes should be clear and truthful.
Where checkout offers a no-booking option, it only means the order does not require immediate online scheduling.
7. Payments
Payment methods available at checkout may vary. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
An order should only be considered paid after valid confirmation from the relevant payment provider. If a payment fails, is declined or is cancelled, the company may suspend or cancel completion of the order.
8. Changes, cancellations and support requests
Requests for changes or cancellation should be communicated as soon as possible using the company contact details.
Because the website may include workshop services, reserved booking slots and technical material preparation, the handling of cancellations, refunds and changes may depend on the stage already reached by the order and on the legal rules applicable to the specific case.
Under the operational policy currently presented on the website, the customer may generally cancel a booking directly up to 2 hours before the scheduled vehicle drop-off time. Inside that window, or after the scheduled time has passed, cancellation becomes subject to workshop review.
When the order has already been paid, the refund follows the operational stage of the booking: before work starts, the refund is usually full; after check-in, a partial refund may apply; once the service is already in progress, completed, cancelled, or the customer did not attend the booking, no refund may be available. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
For distance contracts entered into with consumers, statutory withdrawal rights may apply, without prejudice to legal exceptions for services already performed, services started at the customer request or goods already prepared for the scheduled intervention.
Without prejudice to direct contact with the company, consumers may also use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book where legally applicable.
9. Liability and website information
The company seeks to keep the website updated, functional and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors or permanent continuity of every feature.
Images, descriptions, technical data, service durations and availability shown on the website are informative and may be adjusted before final execution of the service or delivery of the product where necessary.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data related to the website, account and checkout is explained in the Privacy Policies, which should be read together with these terms.
11. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
